Adult Kickboxing

Our programs teaches women and girls how to avoid unwelcome attention from an adult or teenage predators. Within our FAST initiative, Anti Rape Defence for Women, Personal Protection Program they use full force defensive strikes and physical contact to fight off an adult predator.
